GUITAR
Guitars are musical instruments which are categorized as string instruments strings from ranging from 4-18, but most times are made up of 6 strings. The guitar produces sounds that are extended either acoustically or via electrical amplification. It is played by using the right hand to pluck and strum the strings and using the fingers on the left hand to fret the strings. Guitars are traditionally made from wood, although they are also made from other materials like metals. They are strung with steel strings, nylon or gut and are different from other hydrophones as a result of its tuning and construction. There are majorly 3 types of modern acoustic guitars which are:

3. Classical guitar
Guitars are made by different people. This has led to the difference in styles, designs and construction of guitars as these various people/organizations have their own brands of guitars. Examples of such guitars made by different organizations are PRS guitars, Les Paul guitars, START guitars etc.
PRS GUITAR
PRS guitars are guitars made by Paul Peed Smith. They are mostly made with woods from mahogany trees. PRS guitars have figure tops features like figured maple, quilt maple and flame maple. This creates a tiger stripes effect on the guitar. The necks of PRS guitars are made from mahogany; however some PRS guitars feature Brazilian or Indian necks. Parts of PRS guitars are made available especially in cases whereby a part of the guitar gets spoil or broken, one could easily replace them. An example is the strings. Strings are known to get cut most times, as a result of this, strings are made available for sale if users want new ones. The parts of a PRS guitar are made in kits and are hence called PRS guitar kits.
LES PAUL GUITAR
Another type of guitar is the Les Paul guitar. These are guitars made by Gibson Les Paul. The Les Paul guitars are known to have a gold hardware, ebony fingerboard etc. there are various designs and styles made. However, they are commonly made from mahogany. There are several of Les Pau guitars that are made in different modes. Some include the Gold top model, custom model, special model, standard model etc. The parts of a Les Paul guitar are also available in kits. They are regarded as the Les Paul guitar kit.
